CONSUMER GUARANTEE:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund for a major failure & for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality & the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your purchased goods MAY come with a warranty for a limited period which offers rights & remedies in addition to those you may have under applicable laws.

DMC LIMITED WARRANTY:

We offer a 1 year parts warranty from the date of your item being couriered to you for domestic use or 3 months for commercial use.

We aim to have all parts are readily available to our customers.

We warrant that all products are free from defective material and workmanship and agree to replace any part that proves to be defective; without charge.

However, warranty terms do not cover parts or components damaged by neglect or misuse, incorrect assembly, improper/irregular maintenance or collision/accidents or accessories such as but not limited to - Remote Controls, Pull Start(if any), Batteries and consumable items (eg: air filters & blades) and as such claims will be solely at our discretion. In the case that a warranty claim arises, we require the faulty part or item to be returned to us so we can examine, test and repair or replace any item deemed faulty.

Kindly note that Freight, Handling & Insurance costs remain the responsibility of the buyer in case of a warranty claim and in most cases also includes return postage costs we incur on sending the replacement component back to the buyer.

  • We are not able to accept returns for incompatibility or change of mind.
  • We ask that you ensure payment for your item, including shipping to your state is made within TWO days of purchasing your item, and please note that buyers are responsible for postage costs.
  • We can only ship to the address you have recorded here on your login and we regret that we can not accept COD payment.
  • All items include GST and a full Tax Invoice is issued on request.
  • All prices are for orders placed online & delivered, pick up is not available for online orders.
